Choosing between print and embroidery
The wrong method shows up twice: in the unit cost, and in how it survives washing.

Hoodies FAQ
- What is the minimum order for a custom hoodie? 200 pieces per colour at standard pricing. 100 pieces can be accepted with a higher unit price. On in-stock POD blanks the minimum is one piece.
- Can you copy a hoodie I already sell? Yes. Send the garment and we reverse-engineer the pattern, then match fabric weight, rib and trims before sampling.
- Which decoration works best on fleece? Embroidery and screen print both hold well on 300 gsm fleece. DTG works but the looped surface gives a less crisp result than on jersey.
- How long from deposit to shipment? About 5 days for the sample, bulk from 7 days and 1–2 days for inspection and packing — roughly two weeks, then freight.
- Can you copy a hoodie I already sell? Yes. Send the garment and we reverse-engineer the pattern, matching fabric weight, rib and trims before sampling.
- What is the fewest colours I can order? There is no minimum number of colours, but each colour is its own 200-piece run. More colours means fewer pieces per colour and a higher unit price.
- Can you make my own labels and packaging? Yes — woven labels, hangtags and polybags to your design, usually 500–1,000 pcs each, confirmed before bulk starts.
