Choosing between print and embroidery
The wrong method shows up twice: in the unit cost, and in how it survives washing.

T-Shirt FAQ
- What is the minimum for a custom T-shirt? One piece on in-stock POD blanks. For a fully custom build with your own fabric and fit, 200 pieces per colour; 100 pieces can be accepted at a higher unit price.
- Can you match a tee I already sell? Yes. Send the garment and we match fabric weight, yarn count and neck rib before making the sample.
- Which print lasts longest on cotton? Screen print on 100% cotton is the most durable. DTG gives photo-level detail, DTF suits small runs in many colours.
- How fast can POD T-shirts ship? Our blank line runs 1 day per 3,000 pieces, so a small POD drop ships within days of artwork approval.
- What is the difference between blanks and full custom? Blanks use our stock colours and patterns with your artwork, from one piece. Full custom means your own fabric, colour, fit and labels, from 200 pieces per colour.
- How long does a print survive washing? Screen print on cotton holds for dozens of washes without cracking. DTG prefers cold, inside-out washing and no tumble drying. DTF is the most sensitive to heat.
- Can you print names and numbers? Yes — usually DTF or screen print, priced per piece. Common for team, event and staff orders.
