How Trims Affect Cost

Standard trims add only a small per-piece amount…

Default vs Custom

  • Default — our standard trims, colour-matched…
  • Custom — your own main label, wash label…

Trims That Pair With Each Method

The decoration sets the tone, and trims should echo it. A flat-screened logo pairs with a soft woven main label; a 3D puff embroidery reads best with a raised, tonal tag. We match trim weight to the garment so nothing looks bolted on.

  • Printed tee — light woven label, no bulky tag.
  • Embroidered chest — tonal main label, matching thread tone.
  • Heavy hoodie — durable webbing, metal-tip drawcord.
  • Premium line — custom hangtag with string, not sticker.

Label Compliance

  • EU/US need fibre composition, care symbols and a manufacturer or importer ID on the label.
  • Care label language must match the selling market (e.g. EN for US, local for EU states).
  • We can pre-print compliant labels or sew in yours — tell us the target market up front.

FAQ

Can you source branded trims for me?

Yes. From main labels and hangtags to custom zippers, we source or produce trims to your spec and fold them into the per-piece quote.

What if my trim arrives late?

It can pause a line. We recommend sending trims with the tech pack, or letting us stock standard ones so bulk never waits on a small part.

Do trims add lead time?

Standard trims add none — they are on hand. Custom or imported trims add the sourcing window, which we state in the quote before you commit.
